For donations less than $250, your cancelled check or PayPal confirmation serves as a receipt.
If in Canada, you can donate by email money transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org, transferring your money through the Northern Birch Credit Union to the EERO account or by mailing a cheque to EERO (ECF) at 17 Tufton Cres., Toronto, ON M4A 2E2. EERO, a registered Canadian charity #89233 8369 RR0001, issues tax receipts for donations in excess of $25 in February for the previous tax year.
Donations to EERO should be directed to the EERO Children’s Fund.
Tax receipts will be mailed in February based on deposits on or before December 31st. Please ensure your current address is emailed to email@example.com when doing an electronic transfer or included with your cheque and state the name of the person who should get the tax receipt, amount and date of donation, so that the donation could be verified..
